Requirements
  • 3+ years of customer or client facing experience ideally in account management, or consulting
  • Previous experience setting and achieving business targets
  • Analytical skills - Comfortable with data analysis, excel, presenting findings and recommendations
  • Commercial acumen - Understanding of how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate a partner’s business
  • Communication - Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage diverse partners across businesses and levels

Responsibilities
  • Drive growth by developing plans to expand business through adding locations or growing same-location sales
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts and be the main point of contact from Store Manager to HQ
  • Utilize an analytical approach to understand the performance of initiatives and prioritize those with the highest return on investment
  • Pilot new features, operating models, commercial structures that can be play booked and scaled across Uber
