Requirements
  • 6+ years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • 1-2 years in a client-facing role, ideally carrying a quota
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, able to prioritize and balance dynamic and conflicting demands under the pressure of deadlines
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial with a consistent track record of 'getting it done' in a dynamic environment
  • Can break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps
  • Are curious by nature and interested in making an impact - have a desire to understand underlying problems and develop solutions to solve the root of the problem

Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales and success leadership to drive the development, execution and continuous improvement of Deel’s global post sales expansion strategy, specifically focused on developing and maintaining a scalable playbook for our Global Workforce Consultants (sales to existing customers)
  • End-to-end project management on top business priorities including identifying opportunities, scoping projects, and driving cross-functional implementation
  • Creating and maintaining reporting, processes, workflows, and organizational tools
  • Creating data driven recommendations by accessing, analyzing, and synthesizing large data sets
  • Problem solving and solution implementation
  • Process design and improvement, particularly for operations at scale, with world-class documentation and sales enablement
  • Working with the product and development teams to drive high impact improvements
  • Supporting strategic goal setting and performance management
