  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in internal or external sales, with knowledge of the annuity industry and basic planning concepts.
  • Familiarity with life insurance is a plus.
  • Life/Health insurance license or a willingness to become licensed promptly.
  • High proficiency in software and technology tools.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working with urgency and autonomy.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with a Regional Director to develop and execute an annuity sales plan.
  • Assist the Regional Director by scheduling appointments and driving attendance at events.
  • Generate and identify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up calls.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with financial advisors and insurance agents to cultivate new annuity sales opportunities.
  • Assist in Designing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns, call campaigns, and other sales activities to support growth initiatives.
  • Track and report activity metrics using AgencyBloc CRM.
  • Provide reactive sales support and act as a subject matter expert on all annuity solutions, including asset-based long-term care (LTC) products.
  • Collaborate with the Life, Medicare, and Group Benefits sales teams to uncover and coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participate in limited travel for internal office meetings and in-person sales events.
