Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Annuity Producer Consultant (Internal Wholesaler) to join our fast-paced and expanding team. In this internal sales role, you will collaborate with our external sales team, financial advisors, and insurance agents to drive growth in annuity sales. Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with a Regional Director to develop and execute an annuity sales plan.
- Assist the Regional Director by scheduling appointments and driving attendance at events.
- Generate and identify sales opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up calls.
- Build and strengthen relationships with financial advisors and insurance agents to cultivate new annuity sales opportunities.
- Assist in Designing, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns, call campaigns, and other sales activities to support growth initiatives.
- Track and report activity metrics using AgencyBloc CRM.
- Provide reactive sales support and act as a subject matter expert on all annuity solutions, including asset-based long-term care (LTC) products.
- Collaborate with the Life, Medicare, and Group Benefits sales teams to uncover and coordinate cross-sell opportunities.
- Participate in limited travel for internal office meetings and in-person sales events.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience in internal or external sales, with knowledge of the annuity industry and basic planning concepts.
- Familiarity with life insurance is a plus.
- Life/Health insurance license or a willingness to become licensed promptly.
- High proficiency in software and technology tools.
- Energetic, self-driven, and capable of working with urgency and autonomy.
