Requirements
  • Industry Background: 8+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce (B2C), with expertise in category management, procurement, or brand operations. Prior experience in 0-1 category building is a plus.
  • Business Acumen: Deep understanding of European markets, strong analytical skills to diagnose business challenges, and ability to formulate actionable growth strategies.
  • Negotiation & Resource Integration: Proven track record in global supplier negotiations to secure optimal terms, and ability to align stakeholders for efficient execution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead category planning, curate high-quality brands and products, and develop differentiated competitive strategies to build a market-leading product portfolio.
  • Oversee the full-cycle management of categories, including supplier development, commercial negotiations, listing optimization, and marketing campaigns, ensuring balanced GMV and profit growth through inventory, pricing, and promotional strategies.
  • Continuously refine category pages, brand zones, and search/recommendation algorithms based on European user insights to boost product visibility and conversion rates, delivering a seamless shopping experience.
  • Monitor core metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, repurchase rate, etc.), identify operational bottlenecks via data analysis, and rapidly iterate strategies.
  • Partner with supply chain, marketing, and tech teams to integrate resources and amplify category exposure both on and off-platform.
  • Track global consumer trends and competitor moves, refine selection and operations based on user feedback, and identify untapped market opportunities.
