Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree required with a minimum of 7 years work experience in a Treasury or Financial Operations Role
  • Knowledge of treasury systems (i.e. Kyriba or other banking platforms) is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Visio
  • Prior experience implementing financial controls in compliance with SOX a strong plus
  • Prior experience with Tableau a strong plus
  • Prior experience in insurance industry a strong plus
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and resolve key issues
  • Positive attitude even when faced with difficult obstacles, issues or challenges

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop the daily liquidity reporting
  • Approve internal fundings and external payments to third parties
  • Expand connectivity between Kyriba and Global Atlantic’s banking partners
  • Oversee third party servicers banking capabilities
  • Develop and maintain centralized processes to handle reporting initiatives including ad hoc requests
  • Participate in company-wide initiatives/projects to improve processes and infrastructure including workflow automation, liquidity reporting, and variance analysis
  • Prepare and present materials to Senior Management and external counterparties

  • Prior experience implementing financial controls in compliance with SOX

  • Prior experience in insurance industry
