- Linux System Administration experience and/or certification, 2-3 years
- Log management experience with Splunk, Logstash, ElasticSearch, Kibana, log.io (We use Splunk and Op5)
- Experience administering web services, specifically Apache and Nginx
- Scripting languages Python and Bash
- Configuration Management tools Puppet with Docker; Docker and Kubernetes experience is a plus
- DevOps experience in Agile environments including Scrum and Kanban
- Version control using Git (GitHub)
- 24/7 deployment and production support experience
- Oversee the video delivery pipeline feeding a large web service
- Provide 24/7 deployment and production support
- Manage and maintain log management systems (Splunk, Logstash, ElasticSearch, Kibana, log.io) with Splunk and Op5 in use
- Administer Apache and Nginx web servers
- Develop and maintain automation and scripting in Python and Bash
- Implement and manage configuration management using Puppet with Docker; experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
- Collaborate in a DevOps environment following Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
- Utilize version control with Git (GitHub)
- Knowledge of server side networking and load balancing concepts (HAProxy, IPVS)
- Kubernetes experience is a plus
- Experience with other log management or monitoring tools beyond listed ones
- Exposure to 24/7 support environments beyond deployment
