  • Proven Track Record in Partnership Growth: At least 4 years of experience in partnerships or affiliates, with demonstrated success in scaling revenue within this channel by 3–10x.

Responsibilities
  • Define the types of partnerships we should pursue, how we should pursue them, and what ecosystem (team, tools, collaboration models, and processes) we need to succeed.
  • Take full ownership of performance KPIs for affiliates and partnerships, ensuring continuous revenue growth and achievement of revenue and ROI targets.
  • Recruit, build, and mentor a high-performing partnerships team.
  • Personally manage key strategic partners, building strong, long-term, win–win relationships.
  • Represent the needs of affiliates and B2B partnerships at the company level. Work closely with MarTech, Analytics, Creative, and Product teams to align on roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of support.
  • Stay on top of market opportunities, trends, and best practices, and leverage them to create innovative growth opportunities.
