Requirements
  • Significant experience processing payroll for large organizations with multiple entities
  • Certified Payroll Professional designation highly preferred
  • Excellent judgement with ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
Responsibilities
  • Serve as subject matter expert for functional area and relevant systems
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurately process semi-monthly payroll for 600+ employees
  • Work with Human Resources to process employee changes impacting payroll
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of payroll items
  • Reconcile periodic tax filings and earnings records
  • Create and maintain documentation of payroll procedures
  • Review and process employee cash-out-of-pocket expense reports
  • Prepare accounting entries for reimbursements processed
  • Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned
