Requirements
  • Part qualified Accountant as a minimum.
  • Minimum 2 Years Bookkeeping Experience: Previous experience in bookkeeping is essential, with additional preference given to candidates with experience in tech companies.
  • Fluency in English: Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • ERP Proficiency: Familiarity and prior experience working with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Priority, or similar platforms.
  • Service-Oriented and Team Player: Displaying a service-oriented mindset, coupled with a friendly demeanor and a collaborative attitude as a team player.
Responsibilities
  • End-of-Month Closing Support: Collaborating in the seamless execution of end-of-month closing procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Support the compliance with government reporting, statutory financial statements and tax filings, sales tax, etc.
  • Assisting with Audits and Financial Reporting: Providing support during corporate audits and contributing to meeting diverse financial reporting necessities as required.
  • Support and assist with internal reports and reconciliations
  • Assist with improving, developing, documenting, and implementing accounting and finance related policies and procedures to support the company’s scale
  • Ad-hoc projects
