  • Extensive knowledge of business systems within the HR/Payroll functional areas
  • Previous experience in designing, building, and leading the delivery of Workday to ADP payroll integrations
  • Experience with Workday Tools (E.g. PECI, Studio, PICOF, Core Connectors, EIB, etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in dealing with payroll processes and data
  • Experience in defining and documenting high-level business requirements of process flows across multiple supporting systems
  • Experience collaborating with businesses, projects & vendors over multiple time zones
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years of experience in the Workday ecosystem
Responsibilities
  • Design robust integration solutions connecting Workday HCM to ADP platforms for NA businesses (US and Canada)
  • Support technical project manager with payroll integration deployment plan & options, status updates, risk and issues
  • Coordinate directly with business users to best understand and analyse business specifications to implement, change and enhance integrations
  • Collaborate with other workstream leads to ensure Payroll integration and ADP processes are aligned to Workday
  • Work and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the design is fully understood and all design gaps are closed
  • Build payroll test scenarios to ensure the new and changes to the existing integration are tested correctly before moving it into production
  • Define the Payroll Integration cut-over approach and plan and oversee the deployment to production
  • Support the solution handover to the Workday Services team and provide support during the hyper care period after going live
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs and processes
