Requirements
  • Three to seven years of experience in digital media trading, optimization, or performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the display advertising ecosystem, ad networks, ad servers, rich media vendors, social platforms, real-time bidding, and programmatic buying.
  • Understanding of retargeting and affinity models, with hands-on experience in data management platforms considered advantageous.
  • Ability to develop holistic optimization strategies across campaign channels based on unique campaign objectives, including creative and audience optimization tactics.
  • Advanced ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and apply optimization strategies.
  • Performance marketing expertise, strong knowledge of ad products, creative review, category insights, and familiarity with enterprise media technology stacks.
  • Proven experience working with demand-side platforms, data management platforms, ad servers, and analytics/reporting platforms.
  • Ability to resolve campaign challenges and optimize campaigns in real time.
  • Ability to articulate complex campaign performance insights as simple, actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage client expectations, foster trust, and translate business needs into execution plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams while maintaining alignment and accountability.
  • Flexibility to work during United States daytime hours in the Central time zone for certain parts of the year.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Understand vendor and client campaign needs and translate them into executable plans across digital channels.
  • Work with Media Analysts, Activation, and Product teams to align campaign goals with vendor expectations.
  • Interpret and analyze media plans and ensure flawless campaign setup in ad servers and demand-side platforms.
  • Manage and reallocate budgets across display, mobile, social, search, and video channels to maximize return on investment.
  • Provide holistic optimization strategies tailored to campaign objectives across T.com, display, mobile, video, social, and search.
  • Apply creative testing, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Evaluate campaign trends and performance metrics and recommend optimization tactics to drive results.
  • Translate performance patterns into actionable recommendations for future planning cycles.
  • Analyze campaign reports across Google Ad Manager/DFP, Campaign Manager 360/DCM, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, and Pinterest Ads Manager.
  • Generate actionable insights and synthesize campaign learnings into business-impact recommendations.
  • Build custom reports and dashboards to track performance, pacing, and optimization effectiveness.
  • Use demand-side platforms, data management platform workflows, ad networks, rich media vendors, programmatic buying, real-time bidding strategies, and campaign measurement tools.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling.
  • Partner with internal teams to apply performance marketing best practices to campaigns.
  • Develop category and client business understanding to shape media recommendations.
  • Support creative and content review to ensure assets align with platform requirements and performance objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve ad technology, automation, and optimization processes through product feedback loops.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with data management platforms such as Lotame, BlueKai, Neustar, Adobe Audience Manager, or Oracle.
  • Experience with real-time bidding and programmatic buying, including DBM, The Trade Desk, MediaMath, AppNexus, or MoPub.
