  • This is a US-based role (can be remote)
  • Managing various projects such as propensity modeling, sales tool roll-outs, sales process optimizations and other strategic initiatives
  • Reviewing existing processes for optimization, scalability or transformation to improve operational efficiency, ease of use and effectiveness
  • Supporting territory planning projects on an annual basis
  • Building and maintaining key documentation regarding our policies, sales processes, and engagement rules; help enforce "compliance" at all levels
  • Within your first month, you will understand current processes and begin formulating a roadmap
  • Within your third month, you will have strong working relationships with key stakeholders and knowledge of key, in-flight projects
  • Within your sixth month, you will have taken ownership of key projects
