Requirements
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Plastics Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field is a must
  • 3–5 years in injection molding, including 3+ years in a supervisory or lead role
  • Strong grasp of Scientific Injection Molding principles
  • Experience with tooling, automation, and troubleshooting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor processing personnel to achieve peak performance
  • Reduce scrap, optimize cycle times, and test materials for quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot equipment and support automation systems
  • Champion continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, ISO standards, and operational guidelines
