Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field (preferred) or Associate's degree with relevant experience in human resources
  • 5 or more years of human resources experience preferred
  • Ability to work with computerized accounting programs, spreadsheets and applications
  • Ability to work with scheduling and time tracking program
  • Ability to work with outside providers and clients
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task duties
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Manage workflow to ensure all assignments are completed timely and accurately
  • Assist with the administration of all benefits and retirement programs
  • Ensure accuracy of all benefits enrollments, updates, and terminations
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Maintain all employee personnel files and assist with the updating of employee information in the HRIS/payroll system
  • Track all leaves of absence in accordance with FMLA and internal policies
  • Assist with reviewing payroll to ensure correct payrates, hours worked, and benefits deductions
  • Perform analysis of hours worked by employee type
  • Assist with the review of quarterly and annual tax reporting of employee pay and benefits (e.g. 941's, W2's, 1095-C's)
