In this role, you will:

Provide strategic leadership in the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA EAM solutions.
Architect and optimize the EAM landscape to effectively manage and maintain a fleet of robots.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and shape the vision for operating a fleet of robots in multiple cities.
Develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating robotic fleet management into the existing SAP ecosystem.
Drive innovation by identifying and implementing emerging technologies that enhance fleet management efficiency.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA EAM and robotic fleet management systems.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and sustainable solutions.
Implement and enforce industry best practices in Enterprise Asset Management within the context of robotic fleet operations.
Provide guidance on optimal configuration and utilization of SAP S/4HANA EAM modules.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including operations, IT, and robotics teams, to align EAM solutions with business objectives.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of project goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA EAM architecture and implementation.
Proven experience in managing complex projects related to robotic fleet operations.
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA EAM modules, with a focus on fleet management.
Knowledge of emerging technologies in robotics and IoT.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
Visionary mindset with the ability to conceptualize and implement innovative solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $210,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
