- Two years of experience working in leadership.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in good standing in the state or states of practice.

- Establish standards of care that comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for operations.
- Review and monitor sales and service performance.
- Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent that consistently delivers on objectives and goals.
- Communicate clearly and establish and maintain effective relationships with team members to solve problems in an educational and cooperative manner.
- Five years of experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
