Responsibilities
  • Drive functional alignment between strategic goals and key business decisions
  • Drive process standardization & business metrics within process area
  • Benchmark end-to-end best practice
  • Resolve all process integration gaps and escalations
  • Identify & mitigate risk w/ signed off plan
  • Document process/value stream map including QMS documents
  • Collaborate with IT/GIS on system solution
  • Initiate and partner on integration test strategy, plan, and scripts
  • Drive training content and documentation of enhancements
  • On-time sign-off of integrated solution BU Exec Mgt and BPO Exec Mgt
  • Support driving user acceptance of change
  • Ensure and monitor project planned scope, timeline, budget and quality are met
  • Lead various large crossfunctional programs
  • Negotiate with customers to design solutions to address complex cross functional needs
  • Identify BKM's for integrated solution design and standards
  • Keep abreast of technologies in the market and perform technology evaluations
  • Work with multiple vendors for high quality resources and competitiveness
  • Perform and document software application configuration and/or coding
  • Prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions
  • Supervise work of contract developers
  • Perform Quality assurance
  • Monitor specific IT systems for availability and performance
  • Participate in evaluation/recommendation of patches, point releases, major upgrades, and new systems
  • Provide and/or oversee support services to GIS customers for specific IT service or set of services
  • Adhere to service management processes and procedures
  • Complete root cause analysis of outages or incident trends
  • Recommend preventative actions
  • Plan and manage projects to ensure effective and efficient execution
  • Mentor and train team members in product functionality, development and testing guidelines, tools, and methodologies
