Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the first point of contact to the final offer.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the technology and AI job market, and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Promote Hebbia AI's culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the company’s employer brand.
  • Be a cultural champion and support the company goal of welcoming diversity in the workplace. Build robust and representative pipelines comprised of diverse talent.
