  • Build and own long-term relationships with a strategic portfolio of Kindbody employer clients
  • Work with clients to define and execute a Kindbody program strategy, integrated with their broader benefit offerings
  • Service, manage, renew and execute against a portfolio of client accounts, driving key program outcomes such as enrollment, utilization, and client satisfaction
  • Convert clients into Kindbody advocates, leveraging their success for references, case studies, blogs, etc
  • Provide reporting for clients to review engagement, utilization, and spend analysis
  • Identify benefit enhancement opportunities within your portfolio through product add-ons and coverage expansions
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including benefit managers, VP/SVP/C-Suite execs and consultants
  • Identify client challenges and risk areas, develop solutions, and execute proactively to avoid churn
  • Develop strategies to align client goals with Kindbody plan goals
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can better serve them to maximize customer value and retention
  • Manage client issues and escalations in collaboration with partner teams such as marketing, clinical, operations, product, and sales, as required
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for clients on Kindbody's services
  • Collaborate with partner teams such as marketing, clinical, operations, product, and sales to meet client deliverables
  • Support Client Management team on key initiatives and special projects
  • Maintain key documentation and workflows
