Requirements
  • Experience of governance processes within a global or highly matrixed corporate organisation
  • Previous involvement within headcount governance and people reporting
  • Experience of global communications and engagement, coordinating input from stakeholders and making recommendations for change
  • Advanced power point, excel and AI (Co-pilot) skills to help improve our approach
  • Process documentation experience that enables efficiency and effectiveness of future governance and communications processes
  • Proven experience of Senior Stakeholder management - Working with multiple senior stakeholders across an organisation, following up on actions and attending meetings on behalf of Global HR with required information
  • Previous experience of working within HR would be highly beneficial, whilst a desire to develop your career in HR is essential
  • Experience and the ability to coordinate multiple projects / priorities, whilst managing complex processes is essential.
  • A naturally curious mindset with the ability to learn quickly and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and confidence working with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead coordination for key HR reporting and governance processes, including our Annual and Responsible Business Reports.
  • Support and drive our global headcount management process, providing clear insights and visual reporting to senior leaders.
  • Manage a complex set of stakeholders and submissions for external HR surveys, making proactive recommendations for change through continuous improvement and feedback.
  • Turbo charge our HR communications, supporting global people initiatives and HR engagement.
  • Co-ordinate cross-functional HR projects, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement.
