Requirements
- A high school education, current high school enrollment, or equivalent is required.
- Lifeguard or lifesaving certification is required.
- Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Adaptability is necessary to complete activities according to specific instructions.
- The role requires lifting less than 50 pounds and the ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Use preventative lifeguarding techniques to provide a safe swimming environment.
- Assist with pool maintenance.
- Perform other assigned roles and responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications
- Water Safety Instructor certification is preferred.
