  • 8+ years of experience in an engineering or technical Program Management role
  • 2+ years experience as a people manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Demonstrated experience in hardware R&D programs
  • Technical experience with electrochemical systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to communicate & present at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Drive R&D programs to milestones while managing and communicating schedules across multiple teams to ensure efficient alignment, coordination, and execution of Form’s highly cross-functional goals
  • Lead and improve our program management systems and structures based on best-practices and your personal experience, to effectively integrate with and support Form Energy’s world-class technical team
  • Lead a team of technical program managers with a focus on team development, growth and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with R&D leadership to construct and maintain R&D project plans, schedules, and trackers consistent with Form’s Program Milestones.
  • Proactively identify and frame key decisions, risks, and work with stakeholders to develop decision-quality options; facilitate progress by ensuring appropriate scheduling, resourcing, and prioritization of engineering workflows
  • Assess and mitigate program risks based on development activities across electrical, controls, mechanical, and chemical subsystems
