Requirements
  • You must be an undergraduate student in a placement year course returning to study Autumn 2026.
  • You will need to have the right to work in UK already in place.
  • You are known for building strong relationships in and outside of your core studies.
  • You demonstrate a level of resilience to overcome objections and have a “can do” attitude to delivering personal goals.
  • You are a team player and customer advocate motivated by helping others succeed.
  • You will be detail oriented by nature, able to fail fast and prioritise effectively ensuring quality on sometimes tight deadlines.
  • Additional languages such as French or German is a plus but not required.
  • If you are studying something Business, Technology or Management related it would be a plus, however from experience you don’t need a specific degree background to be successful as a placement student in Box.
Responsibilities
  • Play a supporting role in client-facing activities with Customer Success Managers - such as coordinating product innovation awareness campaign, posts on Box Community, marketing events drive & follow up, end user outreaches to address churn risks and grow our customer base.
  • Function as the voice of the customer, identifying customer trends and providing internal feedback on how Box can better serve our customers.
  • Prepare reports on customer health metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  • Work with the CS team to collect, process and analyze qualitative and quantitative data, to enable CSMs & CS leadership to make better decisions and enhance operational rigor.
  • Get involved in cross functional initiatives and projects sponsored by CS leadership in order to drive key adoptions (e.g. AI).
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Support, and Product Development to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Create content for both internal communications (e.g. All hands and QBR decks) and external use (email, community posts, preparing customer slides, customer research).
  • Take ownership of a project focused on improving internal processes related to customer engagement.
