Requirements

  • Fluency in English is a must; Chinese (Cantonese/ Mandarin) is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Site Inspection and Planning: Conduct thorough site inspections to assess feasibility and requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Design and Architecture Coordination: Work closely with architects and designers to develop project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Ensure designs align with project goals, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Material Preparation and Procurement: Identify, source, and procure high-quality materials within budget constraints.
  • Manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Team Hiring and Management: Recruit, onboard, and lead a diverse project team, including contractors, engineers, and laborers.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
  • Project Execution and Oversight: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and challenges.
  • Travel and Site Management: Travel regularly to project sites to oversee operations, conduct inspections, and address on-site challenges.
  • Adapt to varying site conditions and project requirements across different locations.
