Requirements
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable is required.
  • Strong data entry and computer skills are required.
  • Ability to work with scanned documents and upload financial records into QuickBooks Online.
  • Professional email communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with financial information.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and accept training.
  • Some bookkeeping experience and QuickBooks knowledge are encouraged.
  • Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
  • Enter accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions into QuickBooks Online.
  • Scan and upload financial documents into accounting systems.
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Print and prepare checks for authorized signatures.
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic records.
  • Manage bookkeeping-related email communications.
  • Review and organize financial documentation.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and reporting.
  • Receive and process bookkeeping requests submitted by staff and members using paper forms and supporting documentation.
  • Support daily office accounting functions and special projects as assigned.
