Requirements
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience in Risk or Trust & Safety.
  • 3+ years leading third-party vendor operations, preferably in high-growth financial services or technology companies.
  • PMI certification such as PMP or PgMP is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of risk operational processes.
  • Proficiency in process improvement, simplification, and reengineering.
  • Comfortable influencing diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.
  • Decision-making prowess in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Robust operational background with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to execute complex initiatives from conception to launch.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the use of data for strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Scale risk operational processes through procedural enhancements and tooling changes.
  • Identify and address gaps in risk systems, policies, and procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Develop business and operational metrics to identify risk trends and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize internal analytics to create dashboards, pinpoint root causes, and drive corrective programs.
  • Lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of strategic vendor partnerships to optimize the Risk function.
  • Collaborate with risk operations, engineering, data science, and product teams to drive initiatives and programs across multiple risk disciplines.
