Octane, a fintech company, has executed a $750 million forward-flow agreement with funds managed by AB CarVal, with the option to increase to $1.125 billion. Under the one-year agreement, AB CarVal will purchase up to $750 million of installment loans for powersports and outdoor power equipment originated by Octane's in-house lender, Roadrunner Financial. This marks Octane's largest forward-flow agreement to date. The companies previously announced a $500 million facility in 2024, which was extended and upsized by $250 million, plus a $200 million whole loan sale. To date, Octane has completed six forward-flow agreements and seven spot whole loan sales, representing more than $4.9 billion of consumer loans sold or committed.
