Requirements
  • 1+ year of landing page design, email and push marketing experience
  • 1+ year of social media management experience including video content creation
  • A Bachelors’ Degree or relevant experience applicable to digital/ social media marketing, advertising, and communications industry
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles, social media management and copywriting best practices
  • Proficiency in Figma, Canva and Google Sheets (required)
  • Proficiency in Adobe and Excel (preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Native/Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese, proficient in English is required
  • Be in touch with native Vietnamese Community
  • Background in eCommerce, food-delivery a plus
  • Have a passion for making delicious, fresh groceries accessible to everyone!
Responsibilities
  • Produce effective content including in-app pages, website landing pages, emails, and push notifications for the Vietnamese storefront to promote weekly deals, seasonal promotions, evergreen collections from start to finish.
  • Develop and optimize storefront themed activities and seasonal campaigns per marketing calendar to drive user engagement.
  • Actively support merchandising and marketing team to curate customer-oriented content and SKUs for Vietnamese users, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
  • Curate and manage engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) for Vietnamese team including timely responses to comments, messages.
  • Write compelling copy and create visual content for Vietnamese storefront and official social media accounts that resonate with our target audience.
  • Translate English content into Vietnamese to support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to find new opportunities for effective new user growth.
  • Conduct market research, A/B testing and analyze key performance metrics to identify content gaps, opportunities and successes.
  • Update weekly on storefront and social media performances to the team members and senior leadership.
