Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals for the new expansion and existing campus
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue from the expansion opportunity
  • Take full ownership of the sales process from lead generation through closing, with minimal supervision
  • Conduct comprehensive tours and presentations to prospective residents and family members
  • Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities and referral partnerships
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to deposit and through move-in
  • Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in SalesForce CRM system
  • Participate in community events, grassroots efforts, and networking opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the decision-making process
