Requirements
  • At least 1 year of excellence in any demanding role, such as sales, banking, consulting, or teaching.
  • A track record of self-directed learning and rapid skill acquisition.
  • Clear written, verbal, and video communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified meetings per month through strategic outbound.
  • Build and iterate on outreach sequences that convert founders.
  • Identify ideal customer profile patterns and document winning playbooks.
  • Experiment with new channels and innovate freely.
  • Maintain and log all sales touchpoints within Attio.
  • Build repeatable systems that can scale to more than 10 sales development representatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a startup.
  • A network within the startup or technology community.
  • Hands-on experience with sales tools such as Lemlist, Atto, or similar.
