  • A Bachelor's Degree is required for the Junior, Journeyman, and Senior levels.
  • A Junior-level candidate requires 0-3 years of experience.
  • A Journeyman-level candidate requires 4-7 years of experience.
  • A Senior-level candidate requires 8 or more years of experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required.

  • A SECRET security clearance is required.
  • A CND, GFACT, GSEC, or Security+ certification is required for Junior and Journeyman roles.

Responsibilities
  • Provide basic support by handling user requests, performing basic troubleshooting, and documenting issues through ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Assist users through phone, email, chat, and in-person communication channels.
  • Provide Basic Support tier services for standard requests and basic troubleshooting.
  • Log and track support interactions, including ticket status and resolution details.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the role's scope and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.
  • Assist users with account-related issues, password resets, and basic access problems.
  • Create and update knowledge-base support articles and frequently asked questions.
  • Participate in user training sessions covering common procedures and best practices.
  • Collect and report user feedback to improve support processes and identify recurring issues.
  • Stay current with supported systems and applications.
  • Travel occasionally, up to 10%.
