Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in healthcare program operations, market access, copay card services, or pharmacy benefit administration
  • Deep understanding of manufacturer assistance programs and related adjudication workflows
  • Experience working with adjudication platforms, benefit verification, and pharmacy point-of-sale systems
  • Strong cross-functional project management skills and ability to translate between business and technical teams
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of data analysis, QA, and financial reconciliation processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with proven success managing external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end execution of manufacturer assistance and copay programs, including program setup, ongoing operations, and compliance oversight
  • Lead intake of new program designs in coordination with Growth, Client Success, and Account Management teams
  • Translate program requirements into business rules and workflows with adjudication partners and internal Product & Engineering teams
  • Conduct program QA and monitor adherence to business rules and reimbursement logic
  • Oversee data integrity, reporting, and spend analysis to ensure program health and financial reconciliation
  • Serve as the day-to-day relationship manager for adjudication partners, ensuring alignment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to grow program utilization and expand manufacturer engagement through platform and pharmacy network enhancements
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate and evolve BlinkRx’s value proposition around copay assistance programs

BlinkRx has made NeuroVice's PATI device available on its prescription platform, offering patients access to the FDA-cleared seizure oral injury protection device with transparent pricing and free home delivery. PATI is designed to protect against tongue and soft-tissue injuries during seizures whilst assisting with airway management. Epilepsy affects 65 million people worldwide and 3.4 million in the United States.
