What You’ll Be Doing

• General accounting and financial reporting, including daily transaction accounting and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Improving current processes and procedures to identify and close inefficiencies to support scale
• Supporting and managing all external audits
• Supporting and managing income tax, business/franchise tax, sales, and use tax compliance
• Supporting business operations and FP&A team with ad hoq reporting and account analysis
• Assisting Controller with various other finance transformation and special projects on an as needed basis
• Documenting processes and procedures
• Serving as a back-up for Payroll and Accounts Payable
• Collaborating with peers throughout the organization

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in the accounting field
• Highly analytical and detail oriented
• NetSuite Experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Inquisitive and desire to continuously automate and improve accounting operations processes and procedures
• Strong desire to work with a highly-effective team in a fast growth environment; coupled with a roll up sleeves and pitch in approach.
• BSBA in accounting.
