Responsibilities
  • The Manager of Growth will be responsible for growing the business in Canada
  • To do this you will oversee: the customer conversion funnel to determine where we can drive order volume, customer retention, marketing pushes, promotions and performance
  • You will partner with other DashMart teams to ensure we are making business decisions that allow us to maximize order and revenue growth and track growth by submarket
  • This person will work closely with cross functional partners, including quality, operations, marketing, and analytics to ensure we are prepared for volume spikes
  • In this role you will be a cornerstone of the DashMart Canada operation, as you will directly impact business performance
  • On a day-to-day basis you will track growth by submarket
  • Your projects and work will vary depending on the day, but you will be largely responsible for driving order volume across each of our sites and virtual brands
  • You will report to the Senior Manager, Marketplace Operations
  • Strategize - Innovate and execute on unique strategies to grow the Dashmart business
  • Engage - implement scalable initiatives and partner with cross functional teams to solve problems that can improve conversion
  • Experiment - Use data-driven decision making and analytics to run tests on customer conversion, retention, and promotion efficiency
  • Analyze - Work with your team to build models that evaluate the efficacy of marketing promotions, the impact of operational changes, and drive growth in the business
  • Influence - Work cross-functionally with our darkstore operations, Product, Engineering, and Analytics etc. teams to drive strategic initiatives and harness opportunities
  • Participate in any company-wide training programs (WeDash, etc.)
Desired Qualifications
  • You have 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, business development, operations, technology, banking, analytics or related experience; high-growth or early-stage start-up experience is a plus
  • You have advanced Excel skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
