Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in partner sales or related fields, focusing on contact center products.
  • Proven ability to build programs end to end and deliver results for partners.
  • Strong strategic and organizational skills, with experience reporting on program outcomes.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other relevant sales tools.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Service Delivery, Partner Support, and Enablement, to ensure outcomes, alignment, and collaboration on key initiatives.
  • Identify and quantify/qualify opportunities to drive significant improvement against key metrics/outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain program-driven data analytics and reporting capabilities to track key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage the Vonage Verified Partner training program.
  • Partner with enablement to grow our partner training and certification programs.
  • Collaborate with partner sales leaders to develop and execute tactical and strategic initiatives that enhance the overall partner experience of working with Vonage.
  • Build and deliver a Partner Program focusing on the post-sale experience tied to our business goals.
  • Establish transparency for our partners in the post-sale experience, including collaborative work groups to support the partner experience and strengthen professional services.
