- A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field is required.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience handling both logistics operations and sales administration or support is required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required for communication with Korea headquarters and United States-based partners.
- Hands-on experience with purchase orders, warehouse coordination, inventory management, and inbound and outbound logistics is required.
- Familiarity with import and export processes, freight forwarding, customs documentation, and international shipping is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required, along with the ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, and priorities simultaneously.
- Oversee day-to-day third-party logistics warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, and regular stock reconciliations.
- Coordinate international air and ocean shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers, and manage required trade documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and Food and Drug Administration entry records.
- Negotiate with and manage relationships with domestic and international carriers, optimize shipping routes, track deliveries, and resolve transit delays or shipment claims.
- Analyze logistics performance, monitor freight costs, and implement process improvements to enhance shipping speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end sales order entry, invoicing, fulfillment tracking, and proof of delivery across direct-to-consumer, wholesale, and retail channels.
- Support account setup, vendor onboarding, key customer inquiries, return requests, and sales document maintenance.
- Maintain accurate master data, enter sales contracts and orders into enterprise resource planning systems, and generate regular sales performance and inventory status reports.
- Collaborate with United States sales and marketing teams and Korea global headquarters to align demand forecasting, product availability, and order priority schedules.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, healthcare, or consumer packaged goods is strongly preferred.
