Requirements
  • Seven (7) years general experience in technical project\/program management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience managing development programs of $4M+
  • Knowledge of standard nanofabrication technologies including lithography, etch, deposition, cleans, metrology, and materials.
  • Experience managing contracts with US Government customers
  • Experience managing industrial subcontractors and supply chains
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline or related field
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Government security clearance; active TS\/SCI is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
  • Interface with internal and external customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
  • Establish and implement execution plans that address performance, schedule, and budget
  • Manage interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders
  • Work with line managers to secure sufficient staffing and equipment resources
  • Provide periodic status of cost, schedule, and technical progress
  • Ensure timely procurement, manufacturing, and validation of system components
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities
