What this opportunity involves:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Transaction Manager to join us in Brisbane. You will be a trusted advisor for our Australia Post’s operation portfolio with primary focus on the Retail and Industrial properties in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead lease and license negotiations for Australia Post's operational portfolio
- Maintain critical date tracking with 100% accuracy
- Conduct property inspections and deliver detailed site search documentation
- Coordinate market rent reviews and manage determinations
- Prepare internal approval submissions and manage legal documentation
- Oversee make-good obligations and deliver weekly portfolio reporting

Key Skills and Requirement:
- Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Experience in Industrial and/or Retail leasing management
- Strong negotiation skills and real estate market knowledge
- Experience preparing client submissions and lease documentation
- Team player with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to deliver superior client service with better-than-market outcomes
