Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage flight and crew schedules, considering factors like flight times, rest periods, and legal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of crew schedules and flight information.
  • Arrange hotel bookings and transportation for crew layovers.
  • Obtain necessary permits or visas for flight crew when flying in and out of foreign countries.
  • Coordinate with fixed base operators (FBOs) and fuel suppliers.
  • Interact in a professional decorum with company executives, team members and guests.
  • Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
  • Ability to work on a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous corporate aviation and flight scheduling experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to two times per year.
