In this role, you will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting internal teams in delivering projects on time. Responsibilities
Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts
Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client requests
Help prepare account reports and client updates
Support senior representatives with research, data entry, and analysis
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through proactive communication
Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes
Identify opportunities for account growth or process improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
0–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or administrative roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus
Team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset
