Requirements

  • Reasoning, problem-solving solving, strategic thinking skills, and an ability to think ahead and plan over both a short (<2 weeks) and long (1-3 years) time span
  • Occasional travel is required 4-6 times a year to College Board offices (once per quarter to College Board's Reston office, on an as-needed basis to other College Board or partner offices)

Responsibilities
  • Manage Day to Day Test Center Capacity Operations (50%)
  • Partner with business stakeholders for capacity management, and establishment of other institutional agreements, as necessary.
  • Meet the global test center capacity targets required for successful student registration based on the demand for SAT test takers. Work with Cost Management, CRA, and SP Director to proactively forecast capacity management needs in constrained international markets to address demand ahead of admin registration.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach and skilled communication tactics to advocate for process or system enhancements to drive down manual workarounds and build solid and automated capabilities.
  • Formulate data-driven recommendations for capacity management and operational process modifications that continually add value to external stakeholders
  • Provide day to day monitoring and reporting of capacity, and proactively identifying tightening of capacity and feeding cases to outreach teams.
  • Assist with other TAM Onboard functions, including honoraria, test center optimization, test center renewal as needed.
  • Utilize data visualization processes to transform test center capacity management (30%)
  • Meet the global test center capacity targets required for successful student registration based on the demand for SAT test takers.
  • Support service provider delivery, including delivering registration forecasts and consulting Director re capacity needs pertaining to service providers.
  • Source, compile, and manage test center renewal data, registration, and seat utilization to generate capacity management reports for stakeholders, executive leadership and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques to interpret quantitative data, identifying external trends, demand patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making
  • Bridge data analysis with strategic objectives, showcasing the alignment between quantitative insights and business goals
  • Monitor domestic and international capacity and manage the dissemination of information and execution of capacity related activity—such as outreach campaigns-- across TAM Connect, CRA, SDP, and International.
  • Complete Special Projects (20%)
  • Work with TAM Onboard Product Owner to establish domestic pop up testing sites to meet demands in capacity-constrained areas domestically. Assist with staffing model, communications, and test readiness, providing additional support where needed.
  • Assist in the execution of communications for pop-up administrations and other service provider-run test centers to ensure smooth operations and successful events.
  • Support annual test center optimization process to support cost mitigation.
