Responsibilities
  • Work with operational users, systems engineers, and developers to evolve how the DoD tests weapons systems
  • Create test plans with test cases based on real-world scenarios
  • Using automated and manual processes, generate data and implement the test cases to observe how the weapons systems perform
  • Document and communicate the test results
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting the design of operational test scenarios
  • Experience supporting the creation of a Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and Master Test Strategy (MTS)
  • Experience supporting Test Readiness Reviews
  • Knowledge of live, virtual, and constructive testing environments and methods
  • Knowledge of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) and Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A)
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Defense Acquisition University (DAU) T&E Certification, or Certified Test & Evaluation Professional (CTEP) Certification
