In this job…
You will oversee the work of Family Environment Specialists who maintain the Diocesan cemetery grounds and facilities
You will develop and maintaining processes and procedures streamlining operational efficiencies and improving safety across all cemetery location
You will act as project manager and assist in Capital Planning and project execution
You will have a chance to express your faith and join an organization with aligned values

College degree preferred, and/or 5 years working as a grounds keeper or landscaper
2-3 years of experience operating heavy equipment and using power/hand tools
1-2 year supervisory experience
Safety-oriented mindset
Experience developing procedures
Ability to perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
Strong Organization
Excellent Computer Skills
