Role Overview:
NPD team is responsible for developing a variety of items from concept to delivery. This role will work cross functionally internally as well as with our suppliers globally to ensure the smooth execution of development and production. The NPD Project Coordinator role will be crucial in coordinating the product lifecycle to ensure we meet company expectations. This role is perfect for someone that is quick on their toes wants to be exposed to developing a diverse portfolio of products from soft-goods, hard-goods, electrical accessories, personal care/cosmetics, and home décor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage projects from inception to delivery
- Work with the NPD logistics coordinator to ensure products are packed correctly and collection is coordinated
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, freight forwarders, etc to ensure smooth production path
- Coordinate internally with creative, finance, operations, and marketing to ensure all stake holders are involved
- Monitor project timelines and stage gates in ensure efficient project execution.
- Identify and manage potential risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.
- Support in preparing project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access and reference.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 2+ years of experience in project management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
Schedule and Pay
- M-F 9am-5:30pm
- Wynwood, Miami
- $60k-$65k Based on experience
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and PTO
