This position reports to the Senior Clinical Business Manager. Works to support the needs of the Insulet Corporation Commercial Team. Responsible for coordination and management of support and liaison activities between the Commercial Team and the home office.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong administrative, managerial, coordination, planning and logistics skills as well as an ability to contribute creative yet practical solutions to problems. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a key cross-functional role within Insulet Corporation.
Responsibilities:
Assist with auditing and inspecting training documentation which includes Certified Pod Trainer certification and education for our external partners in compliance with legal and compliance requirements.
Work with purchasing department in order to set up contracted clinics and individual CPTs for payment in our system
Work in conjunction with Accounts Payable department to answer any questions regarding payments that arise from clinic contracts or individual CPTs
Maintain both electronic and paper database of all currently contracted offices and CPTs
Manage the process of setting up CPTs in Salesforce for certification on our product/s
Set up of CPTs with appropriate systems and access (Salesforce Portal, DocuSign, WebEx etc)
Manage Training Portal to ensure all new customers are trained in a timely manner
Assist with managing calls and emails from our CPT’s and Contracted Clinics
Deal well with HCP’s to effectively address, manage and/or route their needs to the
appropriate Territory Manager or Clinical Services Manager
Manage CPT Portal to ensure all payments and paperwork is complete and payments are made in a timely manner.
Ability to be flexible with regard to handling priority activities to support the Commercial Team.

Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or Associate degree (minimally required)
Three years’ experience in field/office management role
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Excellent interpersonal, managerial organizational skills, ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to prioritize, actively seek input and create innovative solutions to support the Sales Team.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Very strong computer skills to include, but not limited to Salesforce, Dynamic AX, Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel, Access.
Physical Requirements (if applicable): This position may require up to 10% travel in order to facilitate key meetings and events.

Additional Information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $23.27 - $34.95. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
