- Support troubleshooting efforts for hardware, software, or technical issues under supervision
- Perform routine inspections and testing of equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Document work performed, issues identified, and resolutions for future reference
- Provide general support to technical teams and follow detailed instructions for tasks
- Learn and apply industry best practices for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Stay current with new technologies and demonstrate a willingness to expand technical knowledge
