- Previous experience in logistics is required.
- Full-time availability for a fixed-term position initially lasting one year is required.
- Organize and process all warehouse, shipping, and dispatching activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare shipping, export, and customs documents in accordance with legal requirements.
- Continuously monitor inventories of raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, trading goods, and hazardous materials, and reorder them while considering replenishment times.
- Transfer order data and monitor the timely and proper execution of orders.
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing goods internally and externally.
- Process complaints and transport damage claims.
- Determine key performance indicators, regularly maintain statistics, and prepare analyses.
- Prepare and conduct regular inventories.
- Optimize material flow from the warehouse to production, sales, and service departments.
- Establish clear and unambiguous communication with production in Waltershausen and with suppliers.
- Ensure orderliness and cleanliness.
