Requirements
  • Two or more years of software-as-a-service sales experience with a proven track record in small and medium-sized business markets and regional sales.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Sales Leadership by mentoring a team of regional sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure individual and team success.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to identify new opportunities, penetrate markets, and grow revenue within the small and medium-sized business segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their business needs to position our software-as-a-service solutions effectively.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals, ensuring an accurate and healthy pipeline.
  • Monitor sales key performance indicators and deliver regular performance updates, using data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and SMB market challenges to adapt strategies and position offerings as the preferred choice.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align on goals, share feedback, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new sales team members to cultivate a high-performing sales culture.
