  • Experience with supporting IT consumers in an enterprise environment, often juggling day to day support and multiple project-related task work
  • Experience with Identity-related technologies, including SSO, Active Directory, Entra ID, PKI, LDAP, Azure, or Cloud SaaS
  • Experience with Identity Life Cycle Management and Identity Governance principles
  • Experience with supporting IT consumers and solving identity-related IT challenges
  • Ability to operate as a core member of a team
  • HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities
  • support large-scale ICAM projects
  • support the testing, integration and support of a wide range of Identity related endeavors in an operational role
  • help clients be more productive while simultaneously improving cyber hygiene
  • design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing clients’ most valuable assets
  • support and implement enterprise-class solutions and help stop adversaries in their tracks
