Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Previous experience working in HR supporting a U.S. corporation is required
  • Excellent understanding of U.S. labor laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, employee management, and workplace safety

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with U.S. labor laws and regulations
  • Manage employee relations and provide HR support to U.S. team members, resolving any issues promptly
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based management to implement business strategies and promote a healthy work culture
  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings, applicant screening, and interviewing for U.S.-based roles
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration for U.S. employees
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives
  • Regularly review and update company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with changes in U.S. laws and regulations
  • Facilitate performance management and employee development programs
  • Handle conflict resolution professionally and in accordance with company policies
