Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Previous experience working in HR supporting a U.S. corporation is required
- Excellent understanding of U.S. labor laws and regulations
- Proven experience in conflict resolution, employee management, and workplace safety
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with U.S. labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee relations and provide HR support to U.S. team members, resolving any issues promptly
- Coordinate with U.S.-based management to implement business strategies and promote a healthy work culture
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, applicant screening, and interviewing for U.S.-based roles
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration for U.S. employees
- Facilitate training and development initiatives
- Regularly review and update company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with changes in U.S. laws and regulations
- Facilitate performance management and employee development programs
- Handle conflict resolution professionally and in accordance with company policies
